The Company

Our Values

We not only share code but also a set of values that we believe makes MoSync AB a better place:
  • To be open
  • To reduce barriers in the mobile space
  • To be a cornerstone technology, that we and others can build upon
  • To be the center of a thriving community
  • To communicate effectively and on equal terms
  • To offer a good place to work and be creative
  • To be respected by our peer group - and to respect others
  • To enable ordinary people to create things mobile
  • To be the connector that enables all things mobile
  • To share our ideas and our technology
  • To be open to ideas outside the box
  • Not to be possessive of our technology
You'll notice that we use the word 'values' rather than the word 'goals', this is deliberate and important, since goals are things you want to achieve, and these are resulting from the true values.
