Nokia to buy Symbian

The platform war heats up. On the market we have many very strong players that wants to market their platforms. Nokia now protects their investment and gives the Symbian team a good foundation to spread Symbian. This gives the likes of Android and Windows Mobile a strong competitor. As a developer you realise that you have to adapt and live with fragmentation for many years to come.
