How to uninstall mosync on OSX?

Hello

How do I uninstall mosync on OSX? Just delete mosync folder on Applications?

Hi Pablo,

Yes, just drag MoSync folder to the trash bin from the applications and its uninstalled. Just like other applications.

Hello,

I install and uninstall mosync serveral times (really 3 trimes) and it reduces my free space about 300 Mb after this process.

I´m trying to investigate where go this space.

Solved, I forget delete the workspace directory... I recover the space lost ;)

Apologies for re-awakening an old thread, but if uninstallation is this straightforward, how come the installation procedure requires the user to restart afterwards?

I'm just paranoid that there are some other installation changes that are not being reverted by simply dragging the application's folder into the trash...

Hello Thoughton,

MoSync installer requires to logout as it has to set the envorinment variables upon installation. And yes, you are right that those environmental variables are not being trashed upon un-installation. But it doesn't harm other environmental settings by any means.
