Google Map Markers

Does MoSync support this ?
once again, i cant seem to find how do i go about putting markers onto mosync's map
can anyone give me some guidiance ?

Sorry for asking these newbie question but im have googled and everything but i cant seem to find any examples for MoSync with Google map Markers

I'm developing a C++ App

I'm developing a C++ App using GoogleMapSource.

I would like to put a marker on map but i don't know how to send a KML query to server using MAP API.

Any suggestions about?

im currently workign on the web service for mosync - sql base now
will ask you about google map markers after im done with that

The short answer is yes, but the long answer is yes if you're prepared to do some real coding.

The first stage is to integrate with Google KML API. You will need to understand how to query Google's server with a Lat/Lon and parse the XML response.

The second stage is to be able to calculate from each PoI its pixel position on the map. The MoSync MAP API does the maths for you, you just have to get it to display. We will have a version of the maps soon which is better at supporting layers, but you can do it all now.

I'm prepared to help you on this, but I think your teacher would prefer it if I helped you rather than did it for you, so I'm looking to you to lead the development and I'll help with code design and bug fixing.
