This year in Barcelona was fantastic, Developers everywhere on panels, as keynote speakers and an exhibition hall just for us Hall 7. They even gave away tickets for free to developers (tickets at MWC are ridiculous expensive).

Enjoy the fourth and updated "Mobile World Congress 2010"-edition of the Developers' Guide to the Mobile Galaxy. It is a good read right from the horse's mouth and straightens out many high-level issues on mobile development.

Today is a good day at MoSync we got the news that we came all the way to the final at Mobile Premier Awards in Barcelona February 15, 2010!

Stability : the roller coaster ride ahead..
It has been a few weeks since we went Open-Source. The developer team has been in over-drive ever since, fixing bugs and trying to make MoSync a more stable experience for all our users.

After a year of development we are happy to release MoSync Version 2.0 Beta. It has been a long time since we released a major upgrade of MoSync. During 2008 we have tested MoSync 2.0 in several large-scale mobile application projects, and we can say that MoSync is very stable and robust. MoSync 2.0 outputs to Symbian, Java and Windows Mobile (more to come).
This version of MoSync is loaded with many new features with an improved Eclipse-based IDE for MoSync development that we hope that you like.
