State of the union

Is there a better way to start of a blog post then using a title which is completely out of context? Probably, but this time it is not entirely out of context. Because the MoSync team are a union of evil geniuses all working together to improve the mobile world. Or something along that line...

So more interestingly, what have we been up to? On my own part, there isn't much new happening other then trying to stabilize the Moblin runtime during the next couple of weeks. That isn't as fun as developing new platforms and new features, but you've got to finish what you've started, right? That is in fact what we've been mostly doing this time, Miles and Shiv have been hard at work trying to test the new release candidate and the rest of us have been triaging and fine polishing the stuff that is going into the new release candidate. Android has proven to be a harder platform then we first anticipated, well that was a bit of an over statement, what I really meant to say was, the packaging for android has proven to be quite hard. Anders has been working ungodly hours to get it done. I think this quote says it best - "I feel like that guy who pushed a rock up a mountain, what was his name?". I don't know his name Anders, but I feel your suffering... he is getting closer to cracking the Android nut with every hour that passes. So there's nothing to worry about.
